qrst.top provides a platform for generating, managing, and analyzing QR codes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for your informational and operational use, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
2.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, qrst.top grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
2.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that qrst.top will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
2.3 Prohibited Uses

- To generate QR codes that link to content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- To transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
- To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its related systems, or networks.
- To use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- To use the Service for any high-risk activities where failure or fault of the Service could lead to death, serious personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all content (including URLs, text, and images) that you submit, upload, or otherwise transmit through the Service to generate QR codes ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content and that such User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
3.3 Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including the QR codes you generate and the destinations they link to, complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. This includes laws related to data privacy, marketing, and intellectual property.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Our Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, layout, graphics, and compilation of QR code generation algorithms, are and will remain the exclusive property of qrst.top and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of qrst.top.
4.2 Your Property
As between you and qrst.top, you retain all intellectual property rights in the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant qrst.top a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display that User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service (e.g., generating and hosting the QR code image).
4.3 Generated QR Codes
The graphical QR code image generated by our Service is a functional representation of your data. While you own the underlying data, the specific graphical output generated by our system may be considered a derivative work. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display the generated QR code images for lawful purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QRST.TOP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
